Job description:

Position: Network Support Specialist

· Location: Singapore

· Experience: 2-3 yrs of relevant experience


Job Description


Network Security Operation Support and Delivery


Key responsibilities


1. Perform administration of network security infrastructure such as Firewalls, VPN, Proxies, Radius, and DNS in a heterogeneous enterprise environment.


2. Work in a team for service delivery such as change management, configuration management, incident and problem management.


3. Service availability and monitoring and handle problem escalation


4. Provide system support to internal and external customers in a timely manner. Must be a Service and Customer oriented team player.


5. Conduct firewall rules review


6. Must be able to perform duty and standby on roster for 24x7 operations support

Primary Skills required


1. Good working knowledge of firewall technologies , firewall rules and Network Address Translation.
2. Must have problem solving skills, with proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostic and resolution experience, have hands on experience on the following technology area:
- Routing Protocol
- Firewall (Check Point NGX , IPSO, Netscreen and NSM , Cisco ASA)
- DNS
- BlueCoat Proxy, Microsoft ISA Proxy
- IPSEC and SSL VPN and Remote Access
- RADIUS and 2FA


Secondary “Good to have” skills


1. Cisco Routing & Switching skills
2. Unix Systems Administration , Unix Shell scripting
