Job description:- Department:Technology Infrastructure Services – Technology Control Reports to:Manager Technology Control Location: Gurgaon, India The individual will play a proactive role in the operation of the function. The role requires a technical comprehension to be able to appreciate the complexity of the infrastructure required to support a business process. Ideally they will be from a technical or application background with a customer and service focus. The individual will also support other analysis activities within the Technology Control group as required. You key accountabilities • Developing and delivering policies & processes (around Security and ITSM) and ensure that staffs are aware of the risks and issues around them • Implementation of ITSM and security framework • Coordinating and liaison of external audit for TIS India • Conducting internal audits for TIS India • Legal and Regulatory compliance for TIS • Software License compliance • Assist with the collection, update and coordination/liaison of data relating to application and infrastructure on FILTER • Preparation of regular management reporting and metrics • Representing team at various forums • Liaise with technical groups in Technology and build good working relationships with them • Support other analysis activities within the Technology Control group as required Your skills and experience • Preferred education will be B.E. / B.Tech or Graduate in computer / Information management or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience. • The candidate should have a strong track record in technology operations of at least 5 yrs and out of which at least 2-3 yrs in Finance / Mutual Fund. A current experience of around 2 yrs as a Quality / Risk & Information Security Specialist is a must. • A detailed working knowledge of information security, ITSM, policies & standards, controls & frameworks in the investment / banking sectors. Experience of working in an ISO 27001 / ISO20000 accredited organisation will be of benefit • Experience of working in an international organisation • Broad understanding of systems and technology • An excellent communicator who gains the confidence of key stakeholders • A credible personal presence with the ability to instil confidence internally and externally.
