Pre-requisites:
1. Strong Knowledge in Windows OS installation/maintenance/troubleshooting.
2. Strong Knowledge in Desktops and Laptops Installation/Troubleshooting.
3. Application Support for MS Office, Lync Client, Antivirus
4. Basic knowledge in networking,AD/DNS/DHCP.
5. Ability to handle customer interaction
6. Ability to work with IT team members to resolve issues within SLA.
7. Should be able to work on the ticketing system to acknowledge assigned tickets and to update them properly, meaningfully till closure
