2 Job Description

Back Office Specialist works with customers, our internal field technicians and engineers and other NOC staff to solve technical problems regarding department and voice services.
Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders

Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions
The Back Office Specialist ensures Systems and Services are running as expected. The role includes handling of alarms and Network Trouble Tickets as the second level of restoration that is to pin point the problem and find a solution.
The work is performed on one shift and stand-by time after hours.
Responsible for handling of Network Trouble Tickets with responsibility for time and quality.

Take responsibility that SLA/KPI objectives are being met according to defined levels.
Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders.

Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute them to corrective actions. Cooperate with infrastructure suppliers and escalate to them the most difficult cases.

3 Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Operation Assurance with full responsibility for lead-time and quality

Take responsibility that SLA/KPI objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level

Alarm handling.
Coordinating of repair activities with Field Organizations to solve network problems. If necessary escalate Network Trouble Tickets to suppliers of infrastructure.
Coordinating of activities with Field Organizations to solve network problems

  Advanced knowledge of trouble-shooting within Enterprise customer networks, primarily with routers (Cisco, Juniper)
Further within IP Network product area, QoS, VPN, Routing, MPLS, VoIP, etc
