Right now, we have an opening in HCL Technologies and we need people. Below is the Job Description.
·         Experience          :  0 - 24 months of experience in an International BPO (Voice) ·         Candidates with Excellent communication skills and open to night shifts are welcome to pursue this opportunity. ·         Education  : Undergraduates(10+2+2 format), Any Graduate ·         Doorstep pickup and drop  ·         Basic Computers & Internet knowledge ·         Maximum age limit is 35 years as on 01.01.2011 ·         Candidates should be willing to join immediately (maximum within 2 / 3 days) ·         A candidate fulfilling all these criterions will be selected and will be posted in Chennai.
Salary Details
·         For candidates those who have completed 12 years of Education – 1.72pa ·         For 15 years of graduation – 2.02lpa. ·         For Exp- it varies from 2.02-2.7lpa.
In my opinion,
·         This opportunity is for those who are out of college and wanting to start their career soon. This is certainly a good place to start. ·         This opportunity is for those working on the non – technical BPO, who are interested in changing their filed to technical side.
