Job Description:

 

• This is a pre-sales position to promote company's suite of networking and security products
• Presales activities include product presentation, deployment design, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) testing and solution evaluation, provide pre-sales technical support to sales account manager throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct technical trainings/workshops for resellers and end users.
• Work with vendor sales engineers for escalations and product updates.
• Work with sales team for tender compliance and clarifications.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

 

·         Degree in IT or Networking with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Network and Security implementation, support or consulting. 

·         Good technical & communication skills with passion to understand and deliver customer IT Networking & Security requirements independently.

·         Proficiency in one or more technologies like routing/switching, SSL, WAN optimization, Web Security, load balancers, Traffic shaping or gateway AV

·         Blue Coat certified / experience

·         Network troubleshooting skills like packet capture analysis, NMS etc.

·         Good knowledge of pre-sales and post sales activities.

·         Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred.
