Working on collaboration with a high profile client in Singapore we are seeking 'best of breed' talent to join the organization. We are currently hiring for the following position: Senior Engineer, Network Operations -Provide 1st and 2nd level support of the Network service 24x7x356 Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. • Experience in the area of IT security is advantageous. • Good working knowledge of firewall technologies • Must have good verbal and written communication skills. • Must be customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs • Must have at least 2- 5 years of experience in Network Operations and Support in a central NOC environment. • Strong problem solving skills, with proficiency in diagnostic and resolution experience. • Core experience in managing multi protocol, multi-vendor and multi-business unit Networks, additional experience in design, project management and implementation in complex environments (Financial Services a distinct advantage) Hands on experience with the follow technology areas • CISCO Switch and Router (including Nexus and VSS) • Routing Protocol (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) • WAN Protocols and technology TCP/IP, MLPS, WAN Ethernet, Metro Ethernet • Class of Service (COS) and Quality of Service (QOS) configuration and management • Firewall Technology (Checkpoint, Juniper and Netscreen) Firewal mgmt tools (Tuffin, Algosec etc) • IPSEC VPN, RAS 2FA VPN (RSA etc) • Proxy and DMZ management (Bluecoat etc) • Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Application Control, DLP, Web Filtering and Security, • Cisco Wi-Fi and Mobility Solutions (for iPhone/iPad etc) • Acceleration and Optimization Solutions (Riverbed, WAAS etc) • Avaya Voice (IPT & VoIP) • Server or Link Load balancer (F5 etc) • DNS & IP Configuration Management (QIP, Infoblock etc) • Network Management Systems (CA Spectrum, OPNet, Openview, Netcool, Tivoli, Cisco Works etc) • Familiar with Windows, Linux/Unix Operating systems Location: Singapore Salary: Dependent on skills Type: Permanent Interested parties should email their updated CV and contact numbers for initial interview.
