- Experience in C++,COM, Windows API, Sockets is a must

- Worked as Development Support Engineer (C++) and familiarity in providing resolution to tickets/cases either by code fix or by configuration changes
- Should have exposure to handling production environment cases, simulating customer issues, analysing logs, identifying the problem and providing the resolution for the issues.
- Experience in Envox CT Connect is desirable.

| SE / SSE– Java | 4 | - 5+ yrs of experience in J2EE, EJB, JMX, XML, XSL, and JMS
- Strong Java, multi-threaded, client/server experience
- End to end n-tier distributed architecture design & development
- Experience in Application Server like JBoss or other major app servers
- Software development experience utilizing Solaris and/or Linux platforms
- Experience with source control packages (e.g. CVS)
- Exposure to Java Open Source technologies(like XSL,JasperReports,hibernate,etc)
- Time-management, decision-making, is a must
- Should have good communication & team management skills

| Project Manager | 4 | - 7-12 yrs of exposure in IT industry with a min. of 3-5 yrs project management experience
- Should have managed at least 2 complete SDLC projects
- Projects of 6 to 8 months delivery cycle preferred
- Managing projects in banking / telecom domain (CTI /IVR) will be an added advantage.
- Managed projects for large accounts
