JOB LOCATION: Bangalore Total Experience: 8 to 12Years Job Description: As a Manager / Sr. Manager of Mission Quality team, need to work closely with delivery teams and mentor. • Green Belts in execution of Kaizen /Lean/Six Sigma methodology implementation and process improvements & process automation / transformation / re-engineering Work with the Lead Black Belt in business improvement projects across TIS accounts / Towers • ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Work Experience ( mention No. of years) 7 -8 yrs of experience in Quality Assurance & Control Service quality exposure in data & Voice processes preferaby in Tech / Semi Tech / IT infrastructure Managed Services space Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency Graduate, Black Belt Certified and/or in role. • ITIL Certified Or Exposure to ITIL concepts Should have been leading a team of quality managers in a service quality (preferably ITeS / TIS) • Exposure to Data-analysis Exposure to Statistical-concepts Capabilities High Initiative and Enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture • Effective verbal and written Communication Skill. • Prioritizing and Organizing. Ability to work with a team. Process Compliance Auditing Skills Analytical and problem solving skills. • Exposure to quality and understanding of quality resources & their requirements • Good communication skills – should be able to communicate with various levels in organization at the same time • Hands-on with Minitab, Visio, Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools • Analytical and Logical Thinking Reporting and Co-ordination Special Role Requirements •  • Exposure and hands on experience in driving Lean/Six Sigma/ business projects and initiatives. Job Responsibilities: • • • Achieve productivity/resource utilization & optimization through improvement projects •         • Achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction through improvement projects • • Execute Black Belt projects and coach & mentor Green Belts / Yellow Belts in their improvement projects • • Facilitate execution of quality strategies as part of Quality Management System of the organization • • Facilitate setting up of required infrastructure for implementing the Quality Management System • • Execute customer/employee surveys and track improvements.
