Technical Services Analyst (Enterprise Command Center)
Client: MNC  
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support of the global IT infrastructure/ trading applications.
  • Deliver 1st line troubleshooting and support to the global user base.
  • Monitor services and ensure prompt resolution of all incidents.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant resolver groups.
  • Communicate service disruptions to the relevant business groups.
  • Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to avert any impact.
  • Handle and maintain the documentation on both operational and troubleshooting of systems, services and applications.
  • Proactively work to optimize and improve support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience working in an Enterprise Command Centre.
  • Solid experience in handling troubleshooting and configuration of the Infrastructure/ Applications.
  • Possess broad knowledge on various technologies (Unix, Linux, Windows etc)
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Possess strong sense of urgency and strong abilities to prioritize.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibilities and ownership.
  • Possess resilience and drive.
  • Min. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
