Responsibilities:
- Provide support of the global IT infrastructure/ trading applications.
- Deliver 1st line troubleshooting and support to the global user base.
- Monitor services and ensure prompt resolution of all incidents.
- Escalate issues to the relevant resolver groups.
- Communicate service disruptions to the relevant business groups.
- Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to avert any impact.
- Handle and maintain the documentation on both operational and troubleshooting of systems, services and applications.
- Proactively work to optimize and improve support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Solid experience working in an Enterprise Command Centre.
- Solid experience in handling troubleshooting and configuration of the Infrastructure/ Applications.
- Possess broad knowledge on various technologies (Unix, Linux, Windows etc)
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong sense of urgency and strong abilities to prioritize.
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities and ownership.
- Possess resilience and drive.
- Min. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
