Trans-cab Services Pte Ltd ("TCS") was incorporated on 28 April 2003 and principally involved in providing an efficient and effective solution to commuters' transportation needs through our fleet of taxis. TCS wholly owns Trans-cab Logistics Pte Ltd ("TLC"), a company principally involved in the sale and purchase of diesel and the operation of diesel pump stations.

Due to our expansion plan, we need high performance individuals to join our growing teams:

Service Desk Engineer / Technical Support

Responsibilities: 
  • To pick up technical hotline number and address customer's requests, determine requirements and problem nature.
  • Prompt escalation of incidents to vendor support
  • Provide 1st line diagnosis of incidents and service requests and implement solutions.
  • Provide reporting on KPIs to management  
  • Identify trends for ways to prevent future problems.
  • Provide in house infrastructure and networking support
Requirements: 
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Computer Science/Information Technolog (Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Commerce with experience in helpdesk support roles before are also welcome to apply)
  • 2 years of experience in technical or helpdesk support with experience of server infrastructure and networking support
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Independent and matured
