We are hiring multiple numbers of NETWORK SUPPORT OPERATIONS CONTROLLERS for one of our prestigious clients in SINGAPORE. Our client is a global MNC having offices all over the world.
Number of Positions: Multiple (14)
Location: Singapore
Position: Long term Contract
Requirements:
• Knowledge in UNIX, MS Windows at system administrator or operator levels
• Basic Hands on experience on VAX VMS System Administrator
• Knowledge in TCP/IP communication protocols
• Experience with ITIL process MOW for Incident management as Analyst
• Remote Service Monitoring & Incident Control Experience covering 24 x 7 mission critical business environment
• Shift working in DC Operations
