Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to leads customers during customer call & ability to write timelines and technical reports.
Leading problem resolution / technical troubleshooting on data products.
Technical Experience on Layer 2/ 3 skills like ARP / MAC / Switching / Ethernet / STP / Trunking / OSPF / BGP / Frame Relay / ATM / MPLS / Qos / IPV6.
Eagerness to become engaged on the toughest high visibility technical issues.
Should be strong in Networking Technologies like
OSPF, RIP, AIGRP, MPLS,L2 VPN, Prefereably L3VPN
Switching Concepts like VLAN, STP, RSTP
Exposure to International Service Prviders
