Job Description:
• Candidate would be responsible for Delivering induction/Lateral trainings as per the requirement.
• Candidate would be responsible for designing, developing and customization of training manuals, Training presentations, training tips and other educational materials.
• Candidate shall be capable of independently handling batch of Participants.
• Responsible for handling technical queries & respond dynamically as per the technical requirement.
• Candidate should be innovative and have the practical based approach and can give case studies and scenarios from the Industry to the participants for better understanding.
• Candidate Should teach problem solving skills, project management to participants other than technical knowledge
Candidate would be responsible for the Evaluation of Participants of training.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Any Graduates, having excellent communication skills, should have some Training delivery experience.
• Excellent communicator and workshop facilitator dynamic and engaging classroom presence
• Having real time experience would be an added advantage.
