Role: Network PMS Job Type: - 12 Months Contract Job Location: - Singapore. Exp: - 5 – 7 Yrs. 1) Experienced in PM to roll out regional/global networks 2) well-verse in MPLS networks and technologies (focus main customer front networks) 3) Experienced in MPLS network design 4) Experience in fronting customer (PM, SM or presales) 5) Local speaker candidate preferred 1) Incident and problem management - Receiving enquiries from customer/ dispatch/updates outages - coordinates with relevant parties 2) Project coordination - Receive project status from relevant PM (out of Singapore), summarize and update to customer - Take the role as PM for projects roll out in Singapore 3) Chair meetings and conduct meeting and make minutes - GNP regular meeting (twice a week) - QC meeting (once a 3 months) 4) Customer support - Work closely with customer at their premises to create proposal for their management approval. - Helping customer to plan the project roll out activities regionally 5) Pre-Sales support. - Work closely with NTT internally to create proposal for customer, gather customer requirements and feasibility study and coordinates with backend staffs (NOC, Deliveries, sales in Kansai etc) Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
