Jobline has partnered with a Japanese MNC in search of Network Engineer. Our client provides and manages information and communications technology services and solutions to plan, build, support, and manage IT infrastructure. They offers solutions for network integration, converged communications, security, data centre, customer interaction, and Microsoft areas.
Duties:-
a) Provide level 3 level support on wired & wireless network (both Data/Voice)
b) Accountable for all network related inventories.
c) Manage the client wireless set up, monitoring & improvement.
d) Deploy Cisco network equipment & lightweight access point (AP). Configuration of wired & wireless network equipment such as Cisco switches, router, firewall and Wireless LAN Controller (WLC)
e) Troubleshoot Cisco Lightweight APs and Mesh APs.
h) Provide technical recommendation, solution (troubleshooting), designing (system / network wired and wireless) and include setting customer expectations as required, and accept ownership of customer issues and providing complete customer satisfaction.
i) Monitor all open cases and actively communicate with users and other IT support groups.
Skills:-
a) Minimum of 3 years enterprise networking experience with CCNP certification (Data & Voice)
b) Knowledge of IPv6 and Wireless LAN
c) Comprehensive knowledge and competent in troubleshooting for Cisco components.
The incumbent will be hired under 1 year contract with the company. He/she will be entitled to completion bonus and contract is subjective to renewal.
