It would be a permanent position with Capgemini The Interviews would be conducted during the Weekdays Technical Architect -10 to 12 years - Chennai Job Description Roles and Responsibilities * Take complete ownership of response to RFPs on Infrastructure Management Services for Financial Services clients within CapGemini * Provide end to end solution coverage for all Infrastructure Service elements as requested by clients thru RFPs or by other means * Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction vendors, and methods as applicable to Financial Services customers * Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources to ensure comprehensive solution coverage * Collaborate with Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical leads to provide estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan * Work with practice teams to perform Due-diligence to validate the solution provided and modify as needed * Prepare solution decks that summarize the overall RFP response/IM solution * Serve lead to take forward and present the solution to the clients * Work with technical writers to ensure quality of internal and external client-oriented documentation * Lead development of formalized solution methodologies * Handle multiple client requirements and RFP responses simultaneously * Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents * Create white papers that provide insights and show cases thought leadership in the solution area Skills & Experience Summary Specification / Skills / Experience * Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry particularly in Infrastructure Management Services space * Should have experience of 3+ years handling Infrastructure Management Service Delivery for Enterprise customers * Should have experience of 3+ years handling sales and/or presales presentations to prospective clients * Should be well versed in solution principles for various Infrastructure Management competencies including End User Computing, Data Center platforms, Network and Security services * Exposure to Mainframe and AS400 environments would be added advantage * Should be able to do sizing and pricing for IT support operations as per customer defined SLAs and current industry trends including transition * Capabilities to produce cost-benefit analyses for various infrastructure solution options.
