1) Job Title/Requirement : Expert Unified Communication Engineer
Experience: 6-10yrs
Duration : 12months

Notice Period : Need who can join Immediately.

 

Job Description:

 

Specific Skills Required:

 

Must Have Technical Skills

 

• Minimum 6yrs experience with Cisco Unified Communication Infrastructure Products and Solutions in a Globally Distributed environment Including:

 

• Cisco Unified Call Manager(UCM) Version 8 onwards in multi clusters environment.
• Cisco Unified Communication call routing design and troubleshooting with +E.164 number plan and complex translation pattern
• Experience with deploying Advance Call Manager features including but not limited to: Remote Destination Profile, Mobile Voice Access, Force Authenitcation Code,Auto-Attendant, Time-of-Day routing
• Experience in connecting Voice devices/appliance through both H.323 and SIP Protocol
• Experience in interconnect with non-IP Voice devices like Traditional PBX and GSM Gateways
• Cisco Unified Communications Gateways and Services[ISR and VG Voice Gateway]
• Cisco Unified Messaging[Unity Connection]
• Cisco Quality of Service design and troubleshooting

 

Good to Have Technical Skills

 

• Familarity with additional related areas an advantage
• Worked in a transitional multi-cluster operation environment that is in between UCM Versions i,e. A Mixed Version environment while migration from one version to another.
• Inter-Connection to 3^rd Party Application like Fax Over IP, Attendant Consol and Directory Services
• Cisco UCCE and other UC applications and services an advantage
• Familiarity with Voice and Video Conferencing Integration.
