We have opened positions for Chennai location and the requirement details are given below for your kind reference. Job Descriptions: Role: Network Specialist Job Responsibilities: 1. The candidate is expected to manage cabling work on ground level at sites. 2. The candidate will be responsible to ensure all network equipment (e.g. switch, router) and security appliances (e.g. Firewall, IPS) remain in good working order. 3. The candidate is expected to take on support of new network systems when they become operational. 4. The candidate shall respond to production emergencies speedily. This includes bringing up the hardware (in a crash) or processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds. 5. The candidate is expected to diligently perform routine checks and to escalate to NLB Manager as well service provider promptly should any anomaly be detected. The candidate should show the initiative to alert and trouble-shoot together with other system engineers, DBA and outsourced vendors. 6. The candidate shall be committed to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
