Qualification: B.S / B. E. or equivalent degree .
• Network infrastructure knowledge
• Networking (Security)
• PM@SIS
• strong communication in critical situations
• ITIL
• Leading of virtual teams
• SIS Services
• Language: German
• Language: English.
• The Service Area is the interface (administration & infrastructure) for our worldwide external customer.
• Goal: Network implementation of the customer connection to the Service Area with Technical support for the customer.
• Support of Service and contract knowledge of the order and implementation process of the Service Area
• Responsible for the technical implementation of the customer connection including approval
• Responsible for the process implementation of the customer services
• Analysis and assessment of customer infrastructure
• Maintenance of agreed OLAs/SLAs including costs
• Documentation of all the customer related information.
