Job Description
Managing the technical support department for Internet Service Provider based in Nigeria for VSAT and Wireless (Fixed and Wimax). To manage all types of market segments i.e. Consumer Broadband, SME and Corporate. Basic technical knowledge of PC, Laptop, IP Networks ,LAN, Wireless & VSAT.
Desired Candidate Profile
Total work exp. of 10 years in Telecom industry of which 5 years with ISP. Train customers & engineers, recruit & manage large team of Field engineers and Supervisors . Handle technical problems and set service standards. Implement new ideas.
Should have knowledge to manage Call center.
Can manage the support and service delivery for Enterprise/corporate, retail and SME customers.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
