Dear Saminath, A Leading IT Infrastructure Firm in Singapore seeking professionals in the following skill set Position: NOC Voice Network Engineer L2 Type: Contract for 3 months + 3 months Work location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore Work timings: Shift Responsibilities: Responsible for providing L2 Support in NOC environment Experience and Skills Required: • 5 years' experience with IT Data networks (Voice technology is a plus) • Must have Worked in a NOC environment • Must have worked with ticketing system to update ticket status (preferably HPSC) • Able to perform remote troubleshooting on network equipment.
