	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, M.Sc - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Skills Unix, Zxtm, SunOne, Weblogic, Oracle, Interwoven, MQ Able to help refine the architecture design Able to help interface into BT Operate Able to install, configure, test & tune these products Non functional testing, performance testing Desirable A good combination of below skills - 1) Help in designs and refine existing application / DB / messaging architecture designs 2) Deal efficiently with various groups interfacing into BT Operate, and BTO itself 3) As part of the overall roll, should be able to install, configure, test, tune and debug these products, including extensive Non Functional testing, regression and performance testing for various critical parameter as applicable, till successful deployment and delivery onto live.
