Responsibilities:

Mechanical/Electrical Sales Executive, Coordinator

Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6.00pm and ALTERNATE Sat 8.30am – 12noon

 

Responsibilities

•  Sourcing for products pertaining to clients’ requirements and support to Sales Manager
•  Preparation and issue of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders and commercial invoices(upon receiving order from customer).
•  Proper documentation and filling of all quotations and purchase orders
•  Co-ordinate between customer and suppliers on all matters
• Prepare necessary documentation for application of Cert of Origin issue by Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• Prepare ‘Back-Order Report’ on a monthly basis when there are orders not delivered at the month end closing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Mature and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications 

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, ITE, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering preferred

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or min 1 year sales experience in oil and gas industry
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Clementi.
Bilingual in English and Chinese to co-ordinate with Chinese counterparts.
Open to all nationalities, should have prior working exp in Singapore
