Skills Required	Candidate's skills and experience (main) · Min 8+ years of network experience in a corporate environment (the candidate needs to be in a networking segment) · Excellent written and verbal communications skills (this is extremely important as he/she will not only be working with KL and MNL staff but also all state representatives in AU and NZ) · Pro-active · Candidate must have CCIE or equivalent. (For example, if the candidate has done his/her theory paper and pending the lab for their certification than we're more than happy with that but CCNP is a must) · Experience in designing, configuring, installing, integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks and systems (This section is also vital. This is an addition to the main points when hiring. One way you can identify this would be to ask the candidate a series of questions on the types of projects that they have been involved in. If they have not been involved in projects and have been performing troubleshooting only, we would not want them. We need someone who has been involved directly with the project team in designing a network) · Support sales staff by defining and presenting solutions to customers (This is also vital as the candidate will need to provide solutions similar to the point above.) The three points above are the main points of the JD. It's crucial that the candidates technical skills is up to par following the technical skills requirements and should be included into the points above.
