Designation based on years of experience
Purely IC Role(Individual Contributor)
Description
Technical Support Engineer (TSE) will provide assistance to customers through the telephone lines, direct calls and e-mails. This individual will accept ownership, troubleshoot, and resolve customer reported product issues and technical problems. The TSE will be a primary focal point for resolution of network-wide issues and technical problems. The TSE will reproduce technical problems on lab systems and closely work with engineering for software related issues. The TSE will participate in rotational pager schedules for off hour support. Other responsibilities include, but limited to, lab replication of customer network, lab testing for proven of concept, and verification of bug fixes
Requirements:
· Hands-on experience working on routing protocols (for both IPv4 and IPv6) BGP, OSPF, RIPv1/v2, ISIS, IP multicast, MPLS, policy routing, packet filtering, networking OS architecture and performance issues
· With Strong troubleshooting exp
· CCIE is a plus(must)
· With strong networking experience
· B.E Candidates(preferred)
