Job Description * Problem Management on- Routing, Switching, Firewalls , VPN , Nortel Contivity etc. * Escalation Handling * Network Change Request(NCR) implementation * Vendor Management related to RMA (Resource management ) and TAC cases. * Customer Handling and Status up.
