Dear Candidate,

We have a very urgent requirement for a Change Management Consultant for our client in Chennai. The details are as follows:


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary job of the Change Management Analyst will be to ensure that new change initiatives help to further enterprise objectives and match our corporate vision and mission and minimize risk to the company. The Change Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the Change process. The analyst will ensure the defined Change Management process and procedures are followed by all contributors and stakeholders. The analyst will communicate changes within the enterprise, and act as a liaison between the stakeholder/change owner and technical staff. The analyst will champion the change process and act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of the change sponsor. The analyst will provide professional advice to senior management staff on the options and risks regarding the changes that require their approval.

Perform Change Management activities which include:

1. Review and approve/reject change tickets.
2. Review maintenance and product change plans.
3. Facilitate Change Approval Board Meeting.
4. Provide Training as needed to any user of the change process or tools.
5. Provide Management with metrics to measure change process and effectiveness.
6. Champion the change management process
7. Ensure all process documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and current.
8. Communication - daily communications via verbal and written to all levels of management.
9. Working experience with Remedy based ticketing system
10. Experience with Facilitating Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR)
11. Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table and charting) to be able to produce management reports

Skill set and experience expected:
Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of business process methodologies, ITIL and experience in process management activities ( Change Management).
1. Change Management Experience (Minimum 5 years" experience with Financial Companies)
2. Facilitation skills - Experienced at facilitating meetings that includes technical, management, and VP personnel.
3. ITIL Foundation Certified (Preferred)
4. Analysis and Trending Experience
5. Experience with developing, creating, or re-engineering processes
6. Experience with Post-Implementation Review (PIR) process
Basic qualifications:
7. 2+ years in a Network Operations Center, system administrator, DBA or other IT field.
8. Certifications in Network+, UNIX/Linux, MCSE, CCNA or ITIL V3 a plus
9. Experience with eCommerce systems in the financial industry preferred
