Please find the Job Description as below, If interested Please do revert us back with your updated Resume Skills : Your main responsibilities include the following:- • To oversee, manage and support software application implementations and strategic projects to provide to enable the various business units to achieve maximum productivity and profitability for the organization and achieve their strategic imperatives. • Drive the adoption, development and maintenance of the IT Project Management Methodology and Framework. • Constantly review and update project governance documents, procedures, policies and standards. • Determine Department objectives, goals and priorities via the annual department roadmap and workplan exercise. • Participate in the annual department budgeting exercise and track and managed the department budget. • Perform Manpower planning to address the projects and operational activities for the forthcoming financial year. • Assisting in the decision whether to build or buy an application • Support the organization's business processes by helping to identify functional and manageability requirements for application software • Identify and deliver solutions with relevant technology • Coaches and mentors staff under the direct report • Maintains and controls the projects' budget, schedule and resources • Oversight and Responsibility for the delivery of all IT Project Delivery's projects, including project planning, contract management, vendor management, resource allocation, communications, steering committee leadership and team organizational structure management • Work with the other P&I teams to ensure integration of solutions/technology into the organisation's enterprise technical architecture and business environment • Responsible for ensuring that all department projects can deliver the benefits outlined in the business cases and that the projects meets the reasonable expectations of end users • Responsible for the managing the development of the scopes of work (SOWs) and be responsible to work with the Procurement Team to manage the requests for information, requests for quotations and RFPs, as well as managing the contract development and negotiation process for IT sourcing and procurement initiatives. • May be responsible for procurement of package-related hardware, software and services Requirements: • Degree in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science /Computer Engineering or equivalent • 8 or more years of relevant experience in IT industry. • 5-8 years in project management, lead capacity, SLA development, contract management, user and demonstrated stromg complex vendor management and completed with at least 3 projects implementation life-cycle (> 12 months or > 2 millions project contract value) • 3 or more years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders. • experience in supporting IT operations and support organizations is an advantage • Indepth Knowledge of SDLC , Project Management and have the expertise in at least two of the following:-  Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Projects, Office Automation, .NET, SharePoint and Windows  SAP ISU, CRM, Portal and NewWaver  Oracle CCNB, Weblogic Application and Portal, J2EE and Java  Microsoft and VMWare Infrastructure • Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation • Ability to structure bids, evaluate bids against a broad set of evaluation criteria and provide recommendations for vendor selection • Ability to communicate with IT users, legal and procurement staff, and business leaders to craft contracts that align complex needs with contractual requirements to achieve business outcomes • Business application life cycle management • System development life cycle management • Working knowledge of applications being implemented • Working knowledge of infrastructure, platform and technologies being implemented for the project • Professional Project Management Certification(e.g. PMP) will be a definite advantage • Motivated and independent, and has good interpersonal and communication skill • Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills • Good organizational skills Mode Of Placement : Permanent Job Location : Singapore Mode of Interview : Direct Notice Period :1 Month Thanks & Regards, Saravanan.S.K.
