Process :-

Enterprises support – Providing installation / configuration and administration of an anti malware product in enterprise customers network, basically this a Network security product used by SME category of customers across US.

Job Spec :-

The System/Security Engineer will be responsible for understanding the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the Network Security appliance and the network architecture. This individual will also be responsible to troubleshoot and resolve issues that are associated with the devices involved. Other responsibilities include:

a) Performing analysis of network security needs and contributes to determining the type of network attacks, upgrade issues and verify malware traffic and callback activity.

b) Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely. Maintaining and administering the Network Security appliance.

c) Monitor computer networks for security threats or unauthorized users. They may identify compromised machines and report on security measures taken to address threats. Analyze security risks and escalate it to the next level or the engineering team as required.

d) Engineers will have to research, evaluate, recommend the client about best practices for other security devices as well. This may include creating security documentation for users, assisting in resolving all problems in scope with the supported device or product.

Package Details:

For Freshers: Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum CTC

For Experienced: Upto Rs. 3.3 lakhs per annum CTC
