Currently we are hiring for User Interface(UI) Developer & Architect for our Clilent ( Product based). for Hyderabad location.

Job description:

ob Summary (Overall high level summary of the job)
Provides day-to-day escalated technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal client system software and hardware. This is a principal level position that works under the broad direction of a manager. Work is of a complex nature.

Principal Accountabilities (Key activities and decision making areas)
· Provides escalated installation, configuration and troubleshooting support for desktops, notebooks and mobile devices like Blackberry and iPhones
· Provides IT support for remote offices and locations
· Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment
· Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
· Evaluates and recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
· Prepares a variety of written materials (e.g. inventory control, procedures, documentation etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to both customers and peers
· Acts as a technical leader and mentor team members, both technically and professionally
· Provides input and recommendations for departmental processes and procedures
· Coordinates and/or independently works on single or multiple, complex projects or tasks, requiring limited technical or management guidance
· Evaluates and implements best practices with technology researches, recommends and applies technical solutions to enhance productivity in meeting business needs.
· Participates in or lead software/hardware deployments for large-scale migrations. Works with Internal customers and departmental contacts to help identify approach, schedule, milestones and to establish implementation plan.
· Recommends and facilitates planning, purchasing and implementation of hardware and software for department and for customer organizations
· Conducts informal and formal technical and/or business presentations for peers, customers, and occasionally at the organization level
· Requests quotations for the purpose of providing cost information, purchasing and securing items
· Performs all other duties as assigned





Knowledge /Experience/Qualifications/Skills (Minimum requirements of the job)
· 7 – 8+ years of relevant experience, out of which 2 years experience in a lead role.
· Demonstrated versatility and expertise in IT Support
Must have outstanding English communications skills.
Experience working in a diverse and collaborative team.
Solid understanding of networking basics including wireless and VPN.
· Manages priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity
· Addresses problems in a logical manner and presents & implements recommendations for resolution

Additional Knowledge and Skills:
· Strong working knowledge of laptop/ desktop computers (Dell, IBM, HP, Toshiba, etc.)

· Strong knowledge of desktop O/S and hardware technologies (Windows, MAC, Linux/Unix)

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Strong knowledge of desktop software (MS Office, Symantec, Altiris, IE, Firefox, Adobe Suite, Cisco VPN )

· Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, WSUS.

· Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and architecture.

· Knowledge on Telecom - PRI, BRI, ISDN, Avaya and Audio/Video Conferencing devices.

· Working knowledge of supporting network printers(HP, Dell, Xerox)

· Knowledge of network hardware and software including VPN support, Cisco switches and routers
