Cisco-Voice- Job Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon Experience in managing Traditional voice, Voice over IP & Call Centre operations. Extensive knowledge/experience in various Cisco IPT & IPCC systems and components. Must have thorough understanding of traditional call flows and communication protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, SRTP, SCCP, ISDN). Exposure to Cisco"s Unified Border Element (CUBE) and Session Border Controllers. Knowledge and experience in operating converged (voice/video/data) networks. Experience in CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters. WAN and Voice circuit experience in VoIP environment Basic knowledge in enterprise-level networking like TCP/IP & Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGP etc). Good understanding of Layer-2 & Layer-3 protocols. Work on Plan, Design, test and Implementation phases of Project Life cycle ? Understand the Business requirement and create the technical design documents ? Responsible for proposing the solution to New customers as per their requirements ? Work on Project migrations from AVAYA to Cisco Platform ? Configuring and troubleshooting gateways and gatekeepers. Troubleshooting complex IP Telephony issues. Installed and configured Cisco IP Phone 69xx and IP Communicator. Experience in Meeting place and Webex connect Soft phones. Configuration of call signaling protocols on Voice Gateways H.323 ,MGCP and SCCP Experience In IP Contact Centre Application. 5. Storage Technologies - Job Location: Bangalore/Kolkata Level D - Storage Technologies - New Demand JD: * Team handling capability * Manage and support NetApp filer Clusters. * Create, expand of new and any existing LUNs, volumes, Qtrees on NetApp filer. * Configure, maintain and zoning for SAN switches (brocade/cisco). * Configure and manage Snapshots, Snapmirror and SnapVault. * Managing the filers over filerview/Netapp Operations Manager * Plan and implement low to Low risk changes on high profile production systems * Created/Manage new LUNs (FC and Iscsi) and assigned to Windows and UNIX hosts. * EMC VNX administration, Recoverpoint Replication or Data Replications:- SRDF knowledge * Replication Manager admin tasks * NetApp Filer Migration (migration the traditional volumes to flexible volume). * CIFS/NFS Administration. * Filer Capacity Management (Maintain reports on disk and capacity utilization, availability and growth patterns). * Managing Network interfaces, VIFs and Vlans. * Data ONtap, Disk and Shelf firmware upgrade and SAN switches firmware upgrade. * Hardware / Software fault detection on filers and vendor liaison. * Managing Aggregates/Traditional/Flex volumes * Setting up Netapp Operations Manager for monitoring the Netapp Filers.
