Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
  • IT Sales and Marketing 0-5 years Experience in IT Industry

Job Responsiblities:
·        Identifying, generating new business opportunities
·        Good Communication Skills
·        Freshers with interest Marketing can also apply.
·        Process filings
·        Initiating sales leads in companies - Cold Calling
·        Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same
·        Preparing presentation and proposals
·        Giving presentation on services
·        Updating the records in input applications
·        Establish and maintain relationship with clients
·        Directly reporting to Sales Heads
·        Direct mailing and telemarketing to clients to create awareness on the services
·        Client interaction for process improvement and updating the existing process.
·        Calling Clients and promote the products.
·        Ability to deal with people diplomatically should be a Team facilitator.
Admin Executive (0-3yrs) Chennai

Job Responsiblities:

  • Handling the total support function from the basic co-ordination, transport routings & negotiation, cafeteria, admin & Facilities related support.
  • Handling Admin Related viz. visiting cards, getting Identity cards to new employees & students, procurement of computer consumables & stationary, & other statutory support.
  • Management & supervision of all support staff viz. Security, Housekeeping contractors, Electrical, Civil, etc.
  • Maintaining Petty cash.
  • Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Negotiating with the vendors.
  • Maintenance of office furniture and fixtures.
  • Annual Maintenance care for Air conditioner, Generator's etc.

Stores Incharge / Store Keeper (1-3yr) Chennai

Job Responsiblities:
  • Maintaining Stocks Management in stores Division.
  • Updating Log Books.
  • Entries in Ms.Excel.
  • Exposure in receiving, Inspection and maintenance of stores, stock Handling, inventories.

Desktop Support Engineers (0-2 Yr) Chennai

  • Good Technical Skills (OS Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting).
  • Decent Communication.
  • Two Wheelers Mandatory.


Data Entry/Back End/Processing Executives (Freshers):
           
  • MS-Excel Proficiency is must.
  • Decent Communication.
  • Computer Knowledge and Typing Skills.
