Job Description


• Define new process required to deliver services
• Revise existing process as per changes in business requirement
• End to End planning and executing process transitions
• Plan and conduct process audits at defined frequency and report results
• Define metrics and dashboards to measure the process and service performance
• Ensure reports are generated and published at defined frequencies
• Ensuring all process are adhering to document management guidelines
• Ensuring all audit steps are documented as per document management guidelines
• Ensure SOPs for all reports and dashboards are documented as per document management guidelines
• Identify scope of automation in improving process and service performance
• Plan and drive process and service improvements with operations
• Train Quality and Process Analysts on new audits and audit requirement
• Train all resources on processes signed off with the customers
• Train on usage of service management tool required to deliver services
• Train data and process analysts on methodology required to collate data and publish dashboards
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for Team members on Quality related topics
• Manage team of data analysts and process analysts


Skills and experience:

• ITIL Foundation and work experience
• Good knowldege of data analysis methods
• Good experience in driving service improvements
• Good documentation skills
• Six Sigma awareness (certification not mandatory)
• ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 Awareness
• Team management skills (3 -5 member)
• Good at MS Excel, power ponit and word
