Urgent requirement in a leading MNC
- Position : Cisco Voice L2 resource (either candidates with implementation or support experience) - with CCVP certifications.
- Has experience min 2 years working on Cisco Gateways, CVP Servers, IPCC/ UCCX / UCCE (ICM, IPCC, Router, Logger), PGW, ITP Routers including configuration & troubleshooting
- Basic IPT knowledge
- Basic UCCE,UCCX knowledge
- ITIL knowledge
