Dear Saminath, We are hiring an experienced SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER for one of our prestigious clients in Singapore. Our client is a global MNC having offices all over the world. Job Type: Contract - 6 months extendable Location: Singapore Start Date: Immediate/ ASAP REQUIREMENTS: Experience level : 6-10 Years Technical Skills : - Strong technical experience in Bluecoat proxy SG product line. SG9000, 8100, 810 - Knowledge in UNIX, Linux OS and Windows server environment. - Good analytical thinker and able to design and recommend solution based on Bluecoat proxy platform Roles and Responsibilities : - Handle high severity issues involving Proxy infrastructure. - Take care of EMS escalation and incident management for Proxy Infrastructure. - Handle adhoc request and guide business based on requirement and provide solution. - Interact with the business support group for complex troubleshooting - Perform UAT testing for new application to be integrated with the Proxy environment - Daily checking of Virtual ticket for any new ticket assigned to the team and performs the necessary actions. - Give directions to PSO L2 and SOC team if needed. Project Management: - Raise RFC, Aperture and Netinfo for pre deployment stage - Interact with assigned Project Manager to coordinate, planning and project execution. - Coordinate with site operations and raise request during device installation stage. - Coordinate with network and raise request for network connectivity and testing stage. - Coordinate with firewall and raise CCR request for firewall implementation and testing stage. - Perform initial configuration and testing. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing bed. - Perform live cutover and production stage.
