Currently we have job Vacancy for technical support executive with one of our clients. We are looking for fresher's and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills. Job details are mentioned below:

Position: Technical Support Executive  

Company:  Mobatia, an IT Company in Techno Park, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Location: Techno Park, Trivandrum

Exp: 0-1yrs

Salary (For Freshers): 7k - 10k + shift allowance

Note: Only male candidates with excellent communication skill will be considered for Technical Interview process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•      Knowledge in administration of Windows servers
• Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP etc
• Daily routine work of servers like monitoring, checking events, Checking Services, Updating new patches
• Responsible resolving incidents as per the assigned SLAs, maintaining excellent service levels and Customer Satisfaction.
• Remotely checking and monitoring of Servers
• Checking for new Security and Vulnerabilities alerts regularly.
• Maintaining the Server checklist and documents as per company policy
• Knowledge in LAN & WAN Technologies.
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
• Good Communication Skills in English (written & spoken)
• Good Documentation Skills
• Problem solving skills and learning attitude
• The candidate will have to work in flexible shifts (24/7 Support) and should be a team player with good communication skills.
