The requirement is of 'Network Engineer' OR 'Voice Engineer' Singapore you would be on permanent with Silverlink Technologies deputed to our client in Singapore.

Requirement 1
Position: Network Engineer
Work Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
* Provide network operation on day to day activities such as handle incidents, service request, changes and troubleshooting
* Support incidents of other nature that would have a dependency on network - WAN/LAN/Wireless/Voice
* Working knowledge on network components like Cisco ACS, Firewall, RSA, Cisco Web Cache & SSL VPN.
* Basic understanding of STP, PVST, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VSS-Architecture(Cisco).
* Investigate root cause of incidents as part of Problem Management, implement remediation to remove errors on the network infrastructure
* Participate or lead ad-hoc project as required
* Any other network related activities
Experience and Skills Required:
* Minimum of 5 years" experience network Security operations and troubleshooting
* Certification on CISCO and/or Juniper Networking systems (e.g. CCNA)
* Certification on Checkpoint and/or Juniper Security systems (Optional and prefer to have)
* Experience operating and/or designing an enterprise wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN)
* Experience operating and/or designing network security systems (e.g. Firewall) advantage
Requirement 2
Position: Voice Engineer
Work Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
* Administration in Cisco Call Manager (v4.X/7.X) and voicemails in Cisco Unity Express (v3.2)
* Service in Call Parking, Call forwarding, Calling Search Spaces, Route partition, Hunt group, Speed dial logins,
* Route Partition, Translation Pattern etc...
* Mailbox, Voicemail Greetings, Auto attendants, User prompts administration in CUE.
* Registration and configuration of IP Voice Gateways in Cisco Call Managers (CCM).
* Restoring GUI functionality to each CUE module that Cisco supports various integrating devices Cacti, Billing Servers, Boss operation Servers, IVRs, ACDs.
* Working on CCM (Cisco Communication Manager) integrated billing Devices and operational devices like Boss System and IPTEL BILL System.
* Working on SDLs (System Distribution Lists for Voice Mails).
* Basic troubleshooting IVR Script Set ups and ACDs.
* Daily Productivity Report on SRS, AR, SR Termination into Remedy and BOSS system.
* Collecting site specific information (Time Zone, Area Codes, IP Address, PRI details etc...) through phone deployment and ATA configuration.
* Investigate root cause of incidents as part of Problem Management, implement remediation to remove errors on the network infrastructure.
* Participate or lead ad-hoc project as required.
* Provide network operation on day to day activities such as handle incidents, service request, changes and troubleshooting.
* Determine the Voice infrastructure requirements to deliver the voice solution based on user and system requirements provide a planning for infrastructure
* Worked on Networked Monitoring tools such as CACTI, RANCID, EMC-SMARTS
* Any other network related activities
Experience and Skills Required:
* Minimum of 5 years" experience Cisco Call Manager,Cisco Unity,Unix,DNS operations and troubleshooting.
* Experience operating and managing Linux servers and DNS
* Certification on CISCO (Optional and prefer to have)
* Experience operating and/or designing an enterprise wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN)
* ITIL knowledge (understanding of REMEDY flow will be added advantage)
