Senior Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Primary lead for APAC technical support issues working closely with local sales Engineers
  • Provide strong technical and customer support in problem resolution, technical documentation and identification and resolution of product performance issues
  • Communicate and support the technical support global escalation and support process
  • Be the APAC lead as interface to the North America technical support organization
  • Propose knowledge base FAQs and technical documents
  • Recommend changes to product documentation
  • Experience in technical support for both hardware and software
  • Knowledge of LAN, WLAN and WAN technologies
  • Able to work independently and with cross functional teams
