Degree in a subject relevant to IT * 3 years of specialized technical experience, within a business IT environment.. *
ITIL Frame Work * Good working knowledge of
MS Exchange 5.5/2003
Outlook, Outlook Web Access , Right Fax , IIS , Windows NT/20
3+ years" experience in data network technology area.
* Implemented complex network solutions.
3+ Years" experience in providing 2nd or 3rd level network infrastructure support.
* 3+ Years" experience in implementation of solutions using Cisco/Juniper equipment.
* Proficient and hands on experience on the following network technologies/Protocols: MAN/WAN/LAN, Routing & Switching, MPLS, VPN, Wireless Network, Network Management tools, Security Technologies (Firewall & IPS), Network Application Profiling..
