Job Discription:-

PMP Certification:- Preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification:- Preferred
Project Managed:- Managed at least 1 full lifecycle project
As a Project Manager for the Project Management Office you will be responsible for managing projects, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling projects to successful closure.

Client responsibilities

â–º Ensure that the projects adhere to the defined processes for project management
â–º Be aware of the objectives, benefits & success factors of the project and work towards achieving the same
â–º Manage risks across subprojects(if any)
â–º Manage risks in the project
â–º Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
â–º Willingness to travel

People responsibilities

â–º Should have good people management skills with ability to lead, motivate, mentor and develop the team
â–º Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
â–º Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training
â–º Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
â–º Identify best practices and suggest improvements in the defined project management processes.

Skills Requirements

â–º BTech or MBA with PMP certification
â–º Sound industry experience 6 -8 years of experience in the IT industry.
â–º Should have experience in Project Management Domain : in any one of the following
o Infrastructure Projects
o Banking
o ERP Implementation
o Software Implementation
o PMO experience
o Product Management and Pre-sales experience
â–º On-site, client facing experience
â–º Good Communication and Presentation skills
