Opening in Precision tech serve
Total Position : 10
Designation : System Engineer/Desktop Support
Location : Chennai
Experiences : Min with 10 Months to 3 Yrs
JD:
· Handling Remote calls .
· Installing Operating system & additional Software .
· Configuring all kind of printers in Network.
· Installation, Configure & Troubleshoot Windows 98, windows 2000, Windows 2003 .
· Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7 .
· Installing and configuring Microsoft Outlook Mail, good knowledge in Trouble shooting
· Outlook mail /MS Outlook /Lotus nodes
· Backup Management, Reporting and Recovery (Symantec /MacAfee Backup Exec 11’D)
· McAfee Virus definition update using EPO server
· Basic knowledge of networking concepts
· Basic Knowledge of Server - DHCP / DNS /ADS concepts
