Requirements:Provide support of the global IT infrastructure/ trading applications.Deliver 1st line troubleshooting and support to the global user base.Monitor services and ensure prompt resolution of all incidents.Escalate issues to the relevant resolver groups.Communicate service disruptions to the relevant business groups.Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to avert any impact.Handle and maintain the documentation on both operational and troubleshooting of systems, services and applications.Proactively work to optimize and improve support processes and procedures. 
 
Solid experience working in an Enterprise Command Centre.Solid experience in handling troubleshooting and configuration of the Infrastructure/ Applications.Possess broad knowledge on various technologies (Unix, Linux, Windows etc)Possess excellent communication skills.Possess strong sense of urgency and strong abilities to prioritize.Possess strong sense of responsibilities and ownership.Possess resilience and drive.Min. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. An attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidate.
