	Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist Senior IT Architects in performing the following roles. Candidates with suitable experience will also take lead roles in some of these activities Perform end-to-end solutioning for critical projects, through engaging business users for high level business requirements and engaging IT development team for technical feasibility. This includes : Understanding internal and external customer needs Translates the business requirements into high level functional requirements Evaluating technologies and vendor solutions that can be deployed or integrated within the IT eco-system to meet business needs System modeling, analysis and planning to implement solution that will meet the business needs within the financial budget guidelines. This is to be carried out using industry best-practices and frameworks such as TOGAF Present the solution to the business and explain how the solution could meet the needs, which involves the ability to translate technical capabilities into how it will support the business capabilities Develop and upkeep Solution Reference model and IT architecture, which includes : Documenting current IT application architecture Update the IT application architecture as a result of new solutions/capabilities (as per first item above) Ensure IT application architecture's sustainability and maintainability Ensure IT application continues to support and enable the core business operationally and in meeting future growth & strategic imperatives Develop application architecture for assigned projects and develop the required business and technical specifications for RFP. These includes : Interview/gather user key strategic business requirements and imperatives Analyse and consolidate requirements for playback/sign-off by business executives Carry out any other tasks as assigned Requirements: Good understanding and experience in the application of TM forum Frameworxs : eTOM (Business Process Framework) TAM (Telco Application Framework) SID (Information Framework) Technical know-how in : SOA (Service Oriented architecture) ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) Database technology SDP (service delivery Platform Infrastructure (Cloud, distributed servers, failover, firewall, etc) Application development technology (J2EE, Java, Web2.0, etc) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communications and presentation skills, including the ability to develop presentation materials targeted at business users or senior executives Strong domain knowledge in telecommunications BSS/OSS systems Good team player and able to work with IT and Business personnel at all levels Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
