Position: Cisco Voice Engineer
Experience: 5 years
Location: Singapore
Contract duration: 6 months extendable
Salary: S$5000
- Proactively plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network
- Responsible for providing optimal Bill of Materials and detailed design documents with reference to the corporate standards
- Create Visio diagrams showing design elements
- Create configuration parameters for design to work
- Communicate with internal customers on proposed solution
- ability to work on tight deadlines
- able to travel in a short notice in Asia (China, Vietnam, India, Malaysia)

these CCVP or CCNA Voice contractors will need to be capable to define designs to support around 8,000 phones across eight (8) locations in Asia, they need to ensure adherence to enterprise voice standards, define configuration and setup of Cisco Unified Communications Managers 8.0 running on UCS 210M1 platforms (virtual), Unity Connection, CISCO 3945E voice gateways, Cisco Session Management Edition cluster, SRST, LDAP UCM & Unity integration, force authorization codes, QoS policy, dialing plan, call accounting (CDR), bandwidth management and call admission control.
