Position :- Team Lead - Network & Security
Job Profile :- The Managed Services Support Team provides technical support and solutions 24x7 to customers on an International basis. A successful candidate will be a expert in network (Layers 2&3) and firewall support.
Role Description :-
Support of enterprise networks, both LAN and WAN, in a 12hr day shift.
Execute the configuration changes in complex network environments.
Triage, Troubleshoot and resolve problems or incidents.
Deliver world-class customer service.
Review and classify monitoring events for networks under management.
Follow and enhance network administration operational procedures.
Ensure that the defined service levels are met.
Utilize the change review process and tools as required by each operational task.
Mandatory Skills :-
Expert level skills on either the Cisco or Juniper platforms.
Experience with either Cisco, Checkpoint or Juniper firewall support.
Extensive knowledge of data communication and security concepts.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Diplomatic and capable of developing positive customer relationships
Strong technical problem solving skills.
Clear verbal and written English communication.
A willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with native troubleshooting tools from Cisco and Juniper.

Experience with application loadbalancing technology and SSL (e.g. – F5)
Experience with DNS and Bind support.
Experience with IPSEC VPNs and NAT.
Experience with ITIL-based processes
Experience with US-based IT organizations and end-clients.
Experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP design and support.
Experience – 5 - 7 Yrs
