This is regarding your CV in job portal. We have requirements for N/W INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST that you might be interested. This is with one of our clients to be based at CHENNAI.

Exp : 7+ yrs

The successful candidate should possess:

1. 7+ Years management experience with Security and Network appliances.

2. 4+ Years management experience with internetworking protocols, including routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP) and routed (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX) protocols

3. 2+ Years management experience with configuring and managing network / firewall / security device management tools / systems

4. Managed implementations, and troubleshooting of complex, enterprise network/firewall solutions

5. Experienced with SNMP/RMON configurations and on HP Openview Network management software

6. Experienced with bridged protocols, such as SNA, DLSW+ implementations

7. Experienced with Network & Protocol analysers (e.g. Sniffers / Netscout)

8. Experienced with bandwidth management/capacity planning tools

9. Experienced with platform architectures (e.g. client-server, n-tier, thin client)

10. Minimum CCNP and any one SCSA, RHCE, SCNA MCSE, Nice to have security certification like CISSP.

11. Excellent team leading skills with a strong ability to motivate

12. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to communicate with the business at senior level

13. Excellent ability to prioritise and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints

14. Independent and confident, but willing and able to harness the expertise of others

15. Must be able to manage a distributed workforce.

16. Must be able to coach staff

17. Must be flexible in terms of tasks

18. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

19. Experience in interacting with Business to understand their network requirements and propose and deliver the most appropriate solution

20. Experience in interacting with IS to understand the applications use of the networks.
