Experience Required(Description) :

1. Should possess excellent Communication and presentation skills.
2. Upgrade knowledge on the DOT and Telecom regulations pertaining to the UC business.
3. Constantly up to date the self knowledge of the technology advancements and re-certify the necessary parameters set by OEMs.


Roles & Responsibilities :

This role is primarily developing and Unified Communication Practice from Technical and Solutioning stand point. This involves interaction Regional UC Teams to help and assist in stitching the entire UC proposal. The solution component includes Cisco IPT, UC, IPCC, Tele Presence and Webex.

Key responsibilities
1. Lead the Pre-sales and Solution piece from an UC Perspective and assist the region s.
2. Practice Build Up- Track all certifications and Audits to maintain the Master UC Partnership with Cisco.
3. Ensure all re-certifications are done on time.
4. Develop a Skill enhancement plan f or the Practice Plan form UC perspective.
5. Assist Field sales/practice team on solution design
6. This job requires extensive travel within the country.
