Dear Saminath, Hi, Greetings from MATADOR Systems. We are currently working on a role of a Network Design Engineer in Singapore. Below are the details of the position. PURPOSE OF JOB/MISSION: • To produce LAN, WAN, IPT and WLAN designs • To support remote and onsite implementations of produced designs Qualifications and EXPERIENCE: • CCNA/CCDA minimum, CCNP/CCIP/CCVP/CCDP preferred • 3 years minimum in Cisco Design and support environment • A proven track record of working within networking arena within an enterprise environment. • A proven track record of the design of IP Networks from end to end, including Integration and Testing. • An in depth knowledge of Cisco technologies, network design and implementation. • Experience of Undertaking requirement analysis from design specifications • Experience of Writing detailed customer/supplier’s specification for equipment • Ability to demonstrate fundamental technical understanding of communications networks, such as protocols, network components, design elements and architecture • Must demonstrate expert knowledge of platform operating systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network • Knowledge of the following: • Catalyst Switches 29xx > 65xx series • Routers 18xx > 72xx series • LAN Switching concepts • Spanning Tree Protocol • Ethernet concepts • IP address schemes and subnetting (IPv4) • IPv6 knowledge • Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP) • Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) • Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) • Network Address Translation (NAT) • Network Time Protocol (NTP) • Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP) • Domain Name System (DNS) • Network Management (Logging, SNMP, Syslog) • IP Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Redistribution, RIPv2, Policy Routing • Quality of Service • IP multicast • WAN technologies: FR, MPLS, Leased, VPN • IP Security • Firewall technologies Thanks and Best Regards, Victor Teo Recruitment Consultant Client Relationship Department Singapore HQ, Asia-Pacific Zone DDI: +65 6412 0227 Mobile: +65 9270 9044 Email: Victor.teo@matadorhub.com
