Skills :

L1 Job Description :

• 1-year experience working with Cisco routers and switches.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

• Customer service skills.


L2 Job Description :

• 2-5 years experience working with Cisco routers and switches.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

• Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.

• Good working knowledge of Local Area Networks (LANs)

• Good working knowledge of Wide Area networks (WANs) (T1s, T3s, Frame Relay, ISDN etc).

• Good working knowledge of at least three of the following routing protocols: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP.

• Excellent problem solving skills
